Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to seedaudio.now, an AI-powered audio generation platform designed to help creators produce speech, sound effects, and audio scenes under the terms of their selected plan and model.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using seedaudio.now.

By using seedaudio.now, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country).
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
  • Agree to comply with all terms, policies, and applicable laws.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.

Description of Service

seedaudio.now provides AI-powered tools that enable users to:

  • Generate speech, sound effects, and audio scenes from prompts
  • Use authorized reference audio or images to guide generation
  • Configure supported audio settings and access generation through the website or API
  • Download audio files from completed generations
  • Use generated works in accordance with the license terms of your plan

Our services are continuously evolving, and we may modify or enhance features at any time. seedaudio.now is an independent service. Model names identify supported third-party technology and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by the model creators. AI-generated audio can vary; review and listen to your results before publishing.

Account Registration

To access full functionality, users must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@seedaudio.now if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscription and Payment

  • seedaudio.now offers Free, Pro, and Max plans, as well as one-time credit packs.
  • Review the price, credits, validity period, and included features shown for your selected product before purchasing. Credit packs do not renew automatically.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed automatically (monthly or annually) according to your selected plan.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing page.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Payments for paid seedaudio.now plans are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and legal seller of record for seedaudio.now purchases made through Creem.

Before you complete a purchase, Creem will process your payment, calculate and collect applicable taxes, and issue the transaction receipt or invoice. seedaudio.now does not store your full payment card details. Purchases processed through Creem are also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms. Mandatory consumer rights and the applicable Creem purchase terms take precedence over conflicting purchase conditions here.

Refund Policy

The following refund rules apply to subscriptions and one-time credit purchases. Cancelling a subscription does not itself refund a completed payment.

Refund Eligibility

  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of your purchase. After this period, we generally cannot process refund requests, except where required by applicable law.
  • Used or Delivered Content: We may deny discretionary refund requests once credits have been used or digital content has been generated or downloaded, except in cases of duplicate billing, verified technical failure, refunds issued by Creem, or rights required under applicable consumer protection law.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at support@seedaudio.now.
  2. Provide Details: Include your account details, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Submit Within 3 Days: Ensure your request is submitted within 3 days of your purchase.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it under this policy and notify you of the outcome. seedaudio.now determines refund eligibility, but refunds for Creem-processed purchases are issued through Creem to your original payment method. Do not send or accept refunds outside the Creem payment flow.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, and Creem may issue refunds where required or permitted under its policies.

Licensing and Ownership

Commercial use of generated audio is subject to the license conditions of the selected model and any usage rights disclosed for your plan or credit pack at the point of purchase. A purchase does not grant rights to third-party recordings, music, voices, names, or likenesses that you do not otherwise have permission to use.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, your selected plan, and any third-party rights, you may use the outputs you generate for the purposes permitted by your plan. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, reference recordings or images, and resulting audio do not infringe third-party rights. seedaudio.now does not grant rights to third-party music, vocals, samples, names, likenesses, or artist styles that you do not already have permission to use.

Because outputs are AI-generated, seedaudio.now makes no warranty that copyright will vest in any output. seedaudio.now and its providers retain rights to their respective platforms, models, APIs, and infrastructure - not to your generated content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your generated works comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use seedaudio.now to:

  • Create or distribute unlawful, hateful, or offensive content
  • Create, request, upload, generate, publish, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, NSFW, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or non-consensual sexual content, including any sexual content involving minors
  • Generate, or attempt to generate, content that imitates or impersonates a real person without the necessary authorization, or use generated audio to deceive others; any voice you upload or submit must be your own or one you have the legal right to use
  • Violate copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Interfere with system integrity or attempt unauthorized access
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities

When you share, publish, or distribute content generated with seedaudio.now, you must clearly label it as AI-generated where required to avoid misleading others.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the same rules and reporting information.

Intellectual Property

Rights in the original website content, logos, code, and design elements of seedaudio.now belong to seedaudio.now or its licensors. Third-party models, software, names, and marks belong to their respective owners. These materials may be used only as permitted by their applicable licenses or with the rights holder's permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • seedaudio.now is provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We make no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or availability.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

These limitations do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those described in the refund policy above.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • We detect fraudulent activity or abuse
  • Required by law or regulatory request

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Outputs generated before termination may continue to be used only within the rights included in your selected plan and these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of seedaudio.now after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
