Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service for seedaudio.now and applies to prompts, reference materials, generated audio, API requests, and other use of the service.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use seedaudio.now to:

  • Create or distribute unlawful, hateful, or offensive content
  • Create, request, upload, generate, publish, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, NSFW, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or non-consensual sexual content, including any sexual content involving minors
  • Generate, or attempt to generate, content that imitates or impersonates a real person without the necessary authorization, or use generated audio to deceive others; any voice you upload or submit must be your own or one you have the legal right to use
  • Violate copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Interfere with system integrity or attempt unauthorized access
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities

When you share, publish, or distribute content generated with seedaudio.now, you must clearly label it as AI-generated where required to avoid misleading others.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Reference Materials and Permissions

Only submit recordings, images, text, or other materials you own or have permission to use. Obtain the necessary consent before using another person's voice or identity as a reference. Publicly accessible material is not automatically free to reuse. Do not bypass content checks, access restrictions, or credit controls to obtain prohibited results.

Reports and Review

Report violations to support@seedaudio.now. Include the relevant page or task identifier, a description of the issue, and information supporting your report. Do not send passwords, API keys, or unnecessary sensitive information.

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, contact us with the relevant account and task details so we can review it. Payment disputes and refunds are handled under the refund rules in our Terms of Service; this policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page, and significant changes may also be communicated by email or account notification.
